The CJ Motorsports Twin Walbro assembly is the answer to your needs. 600-1000rwhp+ worth of fuel flow becomes a reality, and it comes without sacrifice.

Our assembly is plug-and-play with the OEM siphon system. Simply take the sealing o-ring off the OEM pump assembly and place it on the CJM siphon nipple (350z/G35 only, 370z doesnt use an o-ring here), plug in your siphon hose, and your worries are eliminated. Our siphon is not powered by a restrictive venturi in the return line, so your fuel pressure will still be fully adjustable at idle.

We have built in a mount for the OEM level sensor. Provided are terminals to crimp onto the ends of your level sensor wires and then you slide the wires into the included connector for an OEM-like final product.

Things you should know:

  1. Connectors and terminals that are needed to interface with our plug are included, however no relay kit is included.
  2. The Fuel Temperature Sensor is eliminated with this assembly. You will need to wire in a 2.4k ohm resistor to the temp sensor circuit to prevent a trouble code from activating the SES light.
  3. There is no room for an integrated filter in our twin pump assembly. Aside from the pump pickup screens, there is effectly no true fuel filter unless you add an external inline filter.
  4. No plumbing other than what is shown in the pictures is included. Your vehicle will need at least a -6 return line to support the flow. It is recommended to run at least a -8 feed line. The external regulator must be able to handle the flow of these pumps for stable and controllable idle fuel pressure. We have tested the Aeromotive 13109 regulator used in our fuel systems and it has worked great.
  5. When staging the pumps, you MUST use the pump closer to the siphon barb as the full time primary pump.?
