A DIY solution to securely install a Walbro GSS340/GSS342 fuel pump upgrade into your 2008+ Subaru Impreza WRX/STi and some Legacy GTs!

Included with the billet clamp that attaches securely to your fuel pump housing is a Viton bushing that replaces the stock o-ring for sealing the Walbro's smaller output barb to the housing.

Some minor trimming inside the pump housing is required to fit the larger Walbro pump. However, the modifications required are minor and the factory pump can be reinstalled if ever required.

NOTES:

* Some buyers have indicated that more cutting of the stock assembly was required to properly square up the fuel pump. We dont know where the variance is, in our test unit it was not required. But in these scenarios, you will not be able to return the unit to stock afterwards.

* Some customers have chosen to install the clamp upside-down so that they can access with the clamp bolt with the bracket installed. We see no issue with that as long as the pump is squared at the output barb.
